A Dozen Diwali Health Commandments

1. I will drink a minimum of 2 litres water each day to keep myself well hydrated. 

2. I will sit upright slowly sip the water to avoid diluting my blood or causing a spike in urination. 

3. I will not overindulge in alcohol and other aerated and caffeinated drinks while celebrating Diwali parties as it will disrupt my sleep.
